For orders made in United States, Australia and Canada please return to the return address stated on your parcel.
For orders made in Singapore please contact us through our contact page on the top left corner of our homepage and we will get back to you.
HOW TO PREORDER?
Preorders have to be placed through WhatsApp. Please follow our Instagram account @_ornamento and click the link on the bio to place your order.
Please provide us with your name email and delivery address on WhatsApp for your order. Do check on our Instagram post/highlight for size and color availability.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
For orders made in USA, Australia and Canada it will take 4-10 business days.
For orders made in Singapore it will take at least 10-20 business days.
